What is 1NailSystem?

1NailSystem is a digital documentation tool that helps salon owners maintain cleaning logs for pedicure chairs. It generates records formatted to support state board cosmetology regulations so you can focus on your clients.

Are there more features coming to 1NailSystem?

Yes! We are actively developing new tools to help you manage your salon more effectively. Upcoming features include Appointment Scheduling, Customer Database, Employee Work Schedules, Point of Sale (POS), and many more. If you have any feature requests, please feel free to contact us!

Is 1NailSystem free?

1NailSystem is currently in a Production Beta phase. During this period, the service is available for use. Any future pricing changes will be communicated well in advance.

Which states are currently supported?

We currently support Texas (TX) and California (CA) coming soon. We are actively expanding to support more states! If you would like your state to be supported, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page with your states requirements, and we will prioritize adding it.

Setup & Equipment
What is the difference between Whirlpool and Non-Whirlpool?

Whirlpool foot spas have circulating water and removable jets that require additional cleaning steps and periodic deep cleaning. Non-Whirlpool basins are simpler stations without jets. Your equipment type determines which cleaning log format the system uses. Note: We currently support salons that are entirely Whirlpool or entirely Non-Whirlpool. If your salon has a hybrid setup, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page to request support.

How do state-specific requirements work?

Each state cosmetology board enforces different cleaning protocols, frequencies, and retention rules. 1NailSystem automatically customizes your dashboard, form fields, and required logs to match the guidelines of your business's state.

Forms & Records
How do I view or print my cleaning records?

Once you log in, go to the Sanitation Records page to view and manage logs across all chairs. You can filter by specific station/chair numbers and click the Print button to save or print physical copies. For a step-by-step guide, see our User Guide.

How long are records kept?

We keep your records in our active system for as long as your state board requires (for example, 60 days in Texas). If you need to keep logs for longer or want physical backup, you can export or print your records anytime.

Where can I download sample cleaning log forms?

You can preview and download sample PDF cleaning logs from our Sample Forms page. These are available in English, Tiếng Việt, and Español for both Whirlpool and Non-Whirlpool setups.
